NEW WEEKLY PODCAST FROM VEGAS… DOESN’T FEATURE VEGAS!

‘IRA’S EVERYTHING BAGEL’ DEBUTS MAY 13

SHOW IS  SCHMEARED WITH INTRIGUING PEOPLE WHO TALK ABOUT THEIR

PASSIONS, PURSUITS AND POINTS OF VIEW

LAS VEGAS — “Ira’s Everything Bagel,” a weekly interview podcast that features Ira David Sternberg talking with intriguing people about their passions, pursuits and points of view, debuts May 13 on its own website (https://iraseverythingbagel.com), as well as on Apple Podcasts and other platforms.

“This podcast is dedicated, in spite of its whimsical name, to interesting people who have a commitment to either their art, business, or ideas. Some of these people may live in Las Vegas, but the focus is on the larger world,” said Sternberg.

The first guest on the show is Sonia El-Nawal, chef-owner of Rooster Boy Cafe at Desert Shores Las Vegas and Bodega Bagel at the Vegas Test Kitchen in Downtown Las Vegas. El-Nawal has been climbing the restaurant industry’s ladder for nearly 35 years and working with its top chefs and restaurants, including Nobu, BONDST, Lafayette, Masa’s, Jojo’s, APT, and Theo.

“Ira’s Everything Bagel” complements the long-running “Talk About Las Vegas With Ira” weekly podcast (www.talkaboutlasvegas.com), which features Sternberg talking with the celebrities, entertainers, writers and personalities who make Las Vegas the most exciting city in the world.

Sternberg’s career spans decades of professional broadcasting as well as public relations, writing and communications. A Las Vegas resident since 1978, he was inducted into the Nevada Broadcasters Hall of Fame in 1998.

“What sets bagels apart from other types of bread is the fact that they are boiled. Some imitations are steamed, but they do not have the same chewy and crunchy crust and are not true bagels.” – betweenroundsbagels.com
